If despite our request that you not send us any creative materials, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information (collectively, "Unsolicited Submissions"), the such Unsolicited Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Beyond Books. No Unsolicited Submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Beyond Books and Beyond Books shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Unsolicited Submission. Without limitation of the foregoing, Beyond Books shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights any Unsolicited Submissions of any kind and nature worldwide and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of Unsolicited Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the sender of an Unsolicited Submission.
