- Sign up for the computer lab
- Ask your technology specialist to help you, if this is your first time in the computer lab.
- Review with your class the school's guidelines for using the computer lab, before you go into the lab.
- Review computer etiquette ("Netiquette") with your class.
- Assign students to specific computers for monitoring purposes.
- Develop a system to monitor the students while they work.
- Use the computer lab to introduce students to Beyond Books or to complete an activity you prepared, research their projects or make their presentations.
