Students often want further descriptions or examples to illustrate the concepts they are learning. By clicking on the pop-up buttons found in many of the Beyond Books programs, users will find just this type of additional information. Excerpts from literary works and historical documents and background information on people and events, for example, are provided to entice students to delve a little deeper into the concepts discussed.

Clicking on the pop-up button will open a new browser window with additional information on the topic at hand.
