Don't worry, forgetting your user name, password, or both is not uncommon.
There are two things you can do.
- When you first signed up with Beyond Books, you provided us a hint question and answer. Click on the link below to try to answer your hint question. If you can enter your user name and answer your hint question correctly, you will be allowed to reset your password.

- If you are unable to answer your own hint question correctly, or if you have forgotten or lost both your user name and your password, your teacher can look up your information for you. Please see your teacher for help.
