Once a purchase order has been completed and sent to us, it will be activated in one of two ways. If the purchase order is submitted via mail or fax, Subscription Services will activate the order and invoice the subscription. If the purchase order is submitted with a credit card payment online, it will be activated automatically upon payment approval. Under both circumstances, an order activation notice will be sent via e-mail to the order administrator (the person who placed the subscription order). This e-mail contains an activation confirmation, teacher and student registration codes for the subscribing school, and instruction sets for both teachers and students to use when completing registering. The administrator may simply copy the instructions and forward them by e-mail to teachers who will be using Beyond Books.
